We do have a parking lot with free parking for all tenants. Any pets are allowed, and there is no pet fee. The security deposit is one month's rent.
The move-in process is as follows:

Contact us to schedule a tour of our property.

Once you have decided to rent an apartment, we will need to collect your first month's rent, security deposit, and application fee.

We will then provide you with a lease agreement to sign.

Once the lease agreement is signed, you can move in!
